Current employees, contractors, agents, directors, and immediate family members of h789 or any of its affiliated gaming providers are prohibited from opening player accounts or participating in real-money gameplay or promotions on the h789 platform.
h789 requires all account holders to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed. h789 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the User has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) identity verification cannot be completed satisfactorily; (c) suspicious activity including fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is detected; (d) the account has been inactive for more than twenty-four (24) consecutive months; or (e) h789 is required to do so by regulatory or legal obligation.
Account holders may request account closure at any time by contacting h789 support. Upon receiving a valid closure request, h789 will process any remaining withdrawable balance to the User's registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completed KYC and compliance with these Terms.
Upon account termination for cause (i.e., due to breach of these Terms), all bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited without compensation. Real-money deposits not implicated in the breach may be returned to the User's registered payment method at h789's discretion and subject to legal review where fraud is suspected.
